  The base price includes sales tax. We will do a site inspection and help answer questions regaurding home placement and site improvments. The base price is applicable to a level building site. Price does not include impact fees and city or county utility fees. We can modify our plans to suit your needs, give you a competitive quote on your own cutsom plans, or create a custom plan with our in house design service. We also do additions and remodels.

• Harmony Park

  Harmony Park is located in Woodland, WA, home of the The Lilac Festival and the Southern gateway to Mt St. Helens. Just across from the beautiful and recreational Horseshoe Lake off of S. Pekin Road, you will enjoy the feeling of Northwest beauty and the convenience of being located just a few minutes off Interstate 5.

  This subdivision is made up of 20 single family residential homes, and features large lots averageing 9,000 SQ FT. This subdivision will also accommodate 3 car garages and/or RV parking.

• Pioneer Canyon Phase 1

  Pioneer Canyon is located one mile from I-5 just off exit 14 in Ridgefield, WA. This Subdivision will have a Home owners association (dues are $50 a month) that will maintain front yards as well as the 8 differnt parks throughout the subdivision.

  Standard features are somewhat different then in our other divelopments, some of the main differences are:
